I had a great experience with Horizon in the Sunrise location. Dr. Jaquez is very professional and really knows how to take care of her patients always with a genuine smile. She takes her time to make sure you understand every procedure and are as comfortable as you can be. Recommended 100%.

Rebecca is the most caring and warm hygienist one could ever imagine. Her skilled hands make your teeth cleaning experience a painless one. With a crown, retainer and many fillings, one couldn’t imagine your entire mouth cleaning without the anticipation of feeling any discomfort. Well, that’s the hands and caring nature of Ms. Rebecca. Since my move from the city, I’ve traveled just to have my teeth cleaned by her. She is nothing but the BEST and you won’t be disappointed.

I just love this place! Besides being so professional and helping me fix my teeth after so many dentist just sent me to do surgery!! I couldn’t be happier and can’t wait for the end results! Besides Al that the energy in the office, the dr’s assistants and just overall makes it my all time favorite dental office ❤️

Such a kind and welcoming staff! So many doc appointments I’ve felt rushed out the door, not at all here! The doctor and staff all answered my (many) questions and were very patient. And Rebecca was a great hygienist, so friendly!

I’m a new patient at Horizon and couldn’t be happier that I switched from my old dental clinic. The office is spotless and equipped with modern, state-of-the-art technology my previous clinic didn’t have. Dr. Yeritza Jaquez and hygienist Shamikka were outstanding - professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Dr. Jaquez took the time to clearly explain every step of my treatment in a very clear manner, which.I found very interesting and informative. And Shamikka is a darling… always making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout. Highly recommend this clinic and its wonderful staff!

I can’t say enough good things about this dental group and Dr. Caleb. The care has been excellent, and I especially want to recognize Shamikka she is one of the most patient, kind, and genuinely caring staff members I’ve ever encountered. Without her, there’s a very real chance I wouldn’t have continued coming back, let alone completed extensive dental work. Because of this team, I did. Highly recommend.

The absolute best of the best! The office staff is friendly with you and makes you feel comfortable, calm and welcome. Had a wonderful experience with Horizon. Doc and staff are absolutely lovely. I hate the dentist and they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. Doc is hilarious and a joy to be around. She explains everything thoroughly and genuinely cares about us as patients and the quality of care we receive. Everyone to the front desk staff to the hygienists were truly a delight. Big shout out to Shamika - she is an absolute rockstar. She is exactly the kind of energy you would hope to have in healthcare, a true ray of sunshine. Thank you all for your kindness and diligence in your care!
